Construction Plan Review Process
This process is managed within the Public Works Department by coordination with Development Services/Building Inspection.

| Construction plan submittal requirements: |
|
- One (1) set of public utility plans on 22" x 34" sheets
- A CD with a PDF
- Construction Review Checklist
|
| Preconstruction meeting developer requirements: |
|
- Attend preconstruction meeting
- Have approved set of plans from Engineering and/or Building Inspection.
- Have plans signed and sealed by a licensed professional engineer
